The result of product customization is attached to the order, once the user fulfils it. To obtain the output files:
- Proceed to the Orders section.
- Click "View" across the order you need to see.
- Inside the order, locate the "Items Ordered" section and see respective links there.
Normally the files are named in the following name:
- Download Zip - a zipped package containing original SVG along with all referenced sources like gallery images or uploaded files. You can download and open it in Illustrator;
- Front (pdf) - an SVG preview and generated PDF file of the corresponding side. Please note that PDF requires correct configuration of additional software.
